In this two-day dovetail joinery course at Bensari Workshop in Wrocław, you’ll learn to mark out, cut and fit dovetail joints by hand while making a wooden box. You can use the same techniques when building drawers and other pieces of furniture.

What You’ll Learn

Over two days (16 hours), you’ll make a wooden box with hand-cut dovetail joints. You’ll learn how to:

Plan the work and prepare the pieces for the sides, bottom and lid.
Mark out and cut dovetail joints accurately.
Fit the joints and check the box’s geometry as you assemble it.
Shape and finish the completed box.

You’ll leave with a box you made yourself and a method you can use for future projects.

Weekend courses start at 9:00 AM.

Lunch breaks are additional to the course hours. We provide a hot meal each day.
